Dreams at Cabo San Lucas

This place is so beautiful!!!  It is a luxury hotel on the beach called Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa, a brief twenty minute drive south of San Jose/Los Cabos Airport.

As part of an annual trip to Mexico, I've been forced to incorporate a little education into this summer's vacation. No, not tequila tasting! (Although I did partake in that class).

Directly Outside Dreams Resort
The sound and sight of the powerful 20 foot waves pounding the beach has inspired me to complete my final for an online summer college course. I know, tough stuff! Since my arrival, July 12th, the posted red flag signifies swimming is not allowed due to the dangerous sea conditions, however, this hasn't lessened the quality of time spent enjoying all this resort has to offer.

I was greeted by "Hector The Protector", my suite's butler who introduced me to the property. There is so much to do and it's all inclusive in the room price.
The food is supreme in quality and variety including authentic Italian, Asian, Seafood and of course, Mexican restaurants. Esteban, the tennis pro, will provide you with a challenging Tennis Torture Clinic, I mean a Tennis Cardio Clinic, so that you will not forget him- that is his exclaimed goal!

View From My Patio
My plan was to spend time in the town of Cabo San Lucas one afternoon or evening. I've not had the desire to do so as Dreams offers everything one could want on a relaxation vacation from snorkeling, to Spanish lessons, from beach volleyball, beach tennis, ping pong poolside, horseback riding and so much more. I will be back soon to explore these amenities!!! Six to eight hours daily on the patio studying has kept me out of trouble this trip but has provided me much needed peaceful thinking time.

The people are kind, genuine, want nothing from life other than what it is intended for,  to enjoy one another and this beautiful God gifted earth. I'm enjoying the ability to practice my Spanish in a fun environment! One more webpage to build for my course assignment, then I'll begin composing a curriculum for the courses to be taught at Barton's Summer Academy to be held at ASU and Beijing, China. Life is getting better.
